Turkish GetUp for Kids
Sundays at 4:00pm
Calling all kids 8-14 into the gym for a complimentary hour with it’s time! trainers who are keen to teach you the Turkish GetUp! This move becomes a fun practice that works on posture, core, hip and shoulder stability, and overall fitness. We look forward to playing with the gym equipment in a fun way to improve the way you move.
Please note the following:
- All children must be at least 8 years of age.
- Pre-registration is required for each session at least 24 hours in advance, by calling the gym at 604-988-8463.
- A gym waiver must be signed by a parent or guardian for each child. You can download a copy of our waiver here.

it’s time! is pleased to offer training for youth as young as 10 years old. We offer private or group training, focusing on core strength and stability, movement fundamentals and general athleticism. Our trainers keep a fun and relaxed atmosphere, often employing games in group settings, Through the use of sleds, ropes, balance tools, mat work, and much more, we explore fundamental movements such as push, pull, hinge and squat, as well as provide variety of movement and promote body awareness.

Success for the kids and parents!
As parents of a 12-year-old boy who enjoys skiing and mountain biking, we see many benefits to him attending It’s Time Fitness. He has benefitted from the environment which is stimulating, fun, and tailor-made to develop an all-round fitness with strength and muscle development.
