SPORT PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Energetic and high tempo sport specific training sessions. Highly skilled coaches for each session to promote proper form and technique. We will be using a variety of unique training equipment including kettlebells, TRX’s, sleds, ropes, and much more to help everyone reach their strength and conditioning goals. Evening sessions will be 1.5 hours in length with the main focus on mobility, strength, injury prevention, and endurance.
