What is the cancellation policy?

it’s time! Fitness Results has a 24 hour cancellation policy for both private sessions and group classes. Any cancellation made prior to the 24-hour cancellation window will not be charged. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged at the full rate.

Why do we have this cancellation policy?

This cancellation policy is in place to ensure it’s time! can continue to provide the high quality of service our clientele have come to expect. Our high quality service demands continuing education for staff and payment to staff for hours committed to the gym. Late cancellations, if unpaid, would impact our ability to maintain these qualities which make this gym an exceptional place to work in, as well as work out in.

How do I sign up for classes?

You can sign up for classes at it’s time! by selecting Client Sign In at the top right of the page. For a detailed description of how to sign up, please review our instruction document:

I have paid for groups - why isn't MindBody letting me sign up for classes?

It is possible your MindBody app needs to be synched with the business. Please follow these instructions, which will hopefully remedy the situation:

Send a verification email under:

Profile -> Settings -> Send Verification Email

Your MINDBODY account is verified and synced to the app based on matching the email address 

If your account did not successfully sync then you may have used an alternate email address or your name was misspelled.

In that case, you’ll need to manually sync your account.

To manually sync your MINDBODY account:

To complete this process, you’ll need to know the email address and password used with the missing business (ie’ it’s time!).

To start, tap on the Profile icon at the bottom right corner of your screen. Then, tap Settings, then Resend verification email at the top.

Now check your Inbox for the verification email—it should arrive very shortly!

Open this verification email and click the enclosed link and find: 

“Search for a business” section at the bottom of the screen

  1. Enter the name of the missing business (it’s time! Fitness Results), and tap Search.
  2. Tap on the name of the business you would like to sync.
  3. Enter the email address and password you use with this business.
  4. Tap Sign In.

If you’ve updated the email address or name used with a local business, you can sync them to the MINDBODY app by resending the verification email and clicking on the enclosed link.
