Please read carefully before coming to the gym for training:
  • Keep personal belongings to a minimum and come to the gym in proper attire to avoid using the change rooms.
  • Bring a yoga mat (or towel), sweat towel, water bottle, and any bands you have (loop and long). Bands will be for purchase at the gym if you do not have, and must be brought to sessions. 
  • Arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before you appointment at the garage door and wait until your trainer invites you into your designated training area.
  • Sanitize hands before entering the gym and only touch equipment in your assigned training area.
  • Sign liability waiver (first visit) and COVID-19 self-assessment screening questionnaire (each visit) at the gym.
  • Please leave your session on time. Weather permitting, you may use cardio equipment outside. These must be sanitized after use.
  • Physical distancing must be maintained. Masks and gloves are optional. Masks are not provided.
  • The hallway, kitchen and front reception is closed to clients. Enter and exit through back door only. Washrooms are for emergency use only. Showers are closed.
  • Our cleaning products and protocols comply with all Worksafe BC regulations.
