Success for the kids and parents!

As parents of a 12-year-old boy who enjoys skiing and mountain biking, we see many benefits to him attending It’s Time Fitness. He has benefitted from the environment which is stimulating, fun, and tailor-made to develop an all-round fitness with strength and muscle development. It was extremely important for us that he learns healthy methodology and the correct exercise habits at this age. At It’s Time Fitness, the knowledgeable staff has the requisite expertise necessary to ensure the appropriate level of training as well as mental stimulation which builds confidence as well as ability. The added bonus is that Marty is an excellent role model and fun coach! In Nathan’s words: Since I have been attending the gym, I can definitely see an improvement in my skiing and I can run faster!! Thank you for such a positive experience. – Tracy Gooding (Mother)
