Briana Kelly

Kinesiologist / Strength Coach


Briana Kelly is a BCAK Registered Kinesiologist and Strength Coach at it’s time! Fitness Results. She joined the team in May 2016 as a Queen’s University graduate with an honours degree in Science specializing in Kinesiology.

Sports and fitness have always played a large role in Briana’s life. A multi-sport athlete in her youth, she chose to play field hockey in university and captained the Queen’s varsity team in her final three years. Briana believes strongly in physical literacy and lifelong physical education. Not only does she continue to play competitive field hockey, but she took up Gaelic Football last year alongside it’s time!’s other Kinesiologist, Andrea Brennan. The team continues to train for annual competition at the North American Championships.

Coaching and working with young athletes is also important to Briana. She enjoys developing youth in the gym and on the field, and is an active coach for the girls program in the West Van Field Hockey Club. She also has experience in post-concussion management and subsequent active rehabilitation, and understands the associated challenges (having suffered from two major concussions herself).

Briana is passionate about creating positive lifelong habits and optimizing sport performance. She hopes to make functional physical activity achievable and enjoyable for those of all ages. Her goal is to guide each individual to their own peak performance through a safe, balanced approach using core activation, mobility, and functional strength training.

Briana recently completed her SFG1 certification in New York City in July 2017 and is committed to continuing her education through applied courses and conferences.
